Listening To The Father’s Heart

Listening To The Father’s Heart

Son, I know that waiting for the fulfillment of a vision can be difficult. It can seem like your days are a monotonous drudgery. My son Moses felt this way. Days, weeks and years in Midian made him question my existence. There were times when his vision appeared dead and he thought I had abandoned him. And remember Joseph, sitting day after day in that prison cell? He wondered if his dream was an aberration rather than something I actually placed in his heart. You must realize that times of waiting are accomplishing something needful and important in your soul. This is true for every son and daughter I use in my kingdom. My word helps you wait and trust in my purposes for your life. Keep waiting my son. Keep trusting. Your patience will be rewarded.

I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in His word I do hope. My soul waits for the Lord. More than those who watch for the morning—Yes, more than those who watch for the morning. Psalms 130:5-6

Cause me to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning, for in You do I trust; Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to You. Psalm 143:8
