My son Paul is one you should emulate as you seek to be my representative on planet earth. As I worked and then worked even deeper in his life, he eventually came to a place where he literally expended himself on behalf of others. This does not happen just because you may desire it. It is my work that must be accomplished in you. And I will complete that work before you join me in paradise. You cannot imagine what awaits you here. Whatever challenges you face on earth will all disappear when we are united. But in the meantime, let your life be poured out as a drink offering for others. Whatever sacrifices you make for me will be worth it.

For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:6-7
