Listening to the Father’s Heart

Son, whenever I call my sons and daughters to a humanly impossible assignment, you will always find me encouraging my kids with these words: “Fear not, for I am with you.” I said this to Moses when he did not want the assignment to deliver my people from the hands of Egyptian slavery. I said it to Joshua when I called him to take the Promised Land. I said it to Gideon after I told him to reduce his troops from 22,000 to 300. When I give you a God-sized assignment, I will always be with you to fulfill it. Your part is faith and obedience. When you combine these two ingredients with my presence, you never lose. You will always be victorious. Now, keep walking, keep trusting, keep obeying.

Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
