Son, I know that you are familiar with the story of my freeing my sons and daughters from slavery in Egypt. They had never known what it was like to live free until I performed the miracles that led to their freedom. However, my desire for them was not just freedom, but a new way of life in a land I had reserved for them. I sent 12 menahead to spy and learn about the land they were to inherit?Of those, only Joshua and Caleb went with the right heart. They already knew I had given them the land. The other ten went to evaluate their chances against the Amalekites. Their lack of faith became a cancer among my people.

Their disobedience cost them their lives and delayed my plans for an entire generation. My two servants were forced to wait 40 years before entering their promised land. I share this to remind you of the great cost of doubt and unbelief. It kills your destiny. When I say something son, believe it. Act on it. Your very life and future may depend on it. I have given you the same spirit that my sons Joshua and Caleb had (Num 14:24).

Take the land that I have set aside for you.

Only do not rebel against the Lord, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the Lord is with us. Do not fear them. Numbers 14:9
