Son, delays do not mean I am not listening or caring about your situation. There have been many situations that I did not respond to immediately because things had to develop before the time was right for me to move. I did not deliver my people from the impending Egyptians until I knew I could entice the Egyptians to follow my people into the ocean. I did not deliver Joseph from prison because I was developing the character and humility he would need to be a great leader. I did not heal Lazarus until he had been dead four days because I needed this miracle to be talked about through the land to set up my Son’s triumphal entry into Jerusalem. When I delay it is because I have a greater purpose. I may be late in your eyes, but I can assure you I am always right on time.
