Listening To The Father’s Heart

My sons of old walked with me in such ways that they could declare a thing and it was done. “And Elijah the Tishbite, of the inhabitants of Gilead, said to Ahab, ‘As the Lord God of Israel lives, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, except at my word’” (1 Kings 17:1). My desire is for all my sons and daughters to walk so close to me that I can release my power through them in miraculous ways. My son Peter only had to have his shadow touch people to see them healed of their infirmities. “So that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them” (Acts 5:15). Remember my promise, son, that anyone who has faith will do even greater things than my own Son. I know that sounds way out there. But that does not mean it is not true. You have been with some of my sons and daughters in other countries who walk with me in these ways. You, too, can walk with me in my power. Draw closer to me. See what I will do through you.

Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. John 14:12
