Listening to the Father’s Heart

Listening to the Father’s Heart

Son, part of the continued grief you carry is the burden of my heart for the one you are standing in the gap for. This is partly the genuine loss you feel, but it is also the burden of intercession I have given you in this matter. I’m allowing you to identify personally with this burden. Your intercession is making a difference. You cannot see the physical manifestation of your prayers yet, but let me assure you your prayers are being deposited to your account each time you intercede. The prayers of a righteous man do avail much. Remember this, my son, I am the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were (Romans 4:17). Keep praying. Keep trusting. Abraham knew not the future, but his faith moved my heart on his behalf. So will you.

…that I have great sorrow and continual grief in my heart. Romans 9:2

Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. James 5:16
Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me? Jer 32:27-28
