Listening To The Father’s Heart

Many of my sons are being snared by sexual addiction because they have never experienced true intimacy with me, their Father. This is also why some struggle with their sexual identities. Satan’s counterfeit for intimacy is sex. My sons that are caught up in that deception do not believe they are loved by me. Living as orphans and seeking to belong, they become slaves to their passions. They live with an inner vacuum that only I can fill. Others mask their pain through harsh performance standards in their work; these also seek to protect themselves from living from their true heart. I sent my son to deliver those who are in captivity (Isa 61:1-3) so they can truly be free to experience a love they have never known. Only then will they experience their true identity in me.

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:14-19
