Listening to the Father’s Heart

I long so much for my kids to know my true nature and love for them. Many years ago I had become so distraught with the condition of man that I regretted ever creating him. “And the Lord was sorry He had made man and was grieved in his heart” (Gen. 6:6). You must know son how great man’s wickedness had to be for me to come to this place. Man simply broke my heart. Unfortunately, my heart breaks everyday over the things my sons and daughters do because their hearts are so far from mine. They spurn my love. But, I will not stop loving. If they only knew the depth and width of my love. My son Paul prayed that my sons and daughters would experience this love when he prayed for you.

That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height, and to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:16-19
