Listening To The Father’s Heart
Son, having impact on others is never about knowing scripture or sharing information about me or my Son. Converts are not to be viewed as a game of numbers to be achieved. It is about living your life through the power of my Spirit in all you do and with all people you meet. My sons and daughters often think they can persuade others into a faith decision. My son Paul learned that this was not what changed others. “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God” (1 Corinthians 2:4-5). People are searching for authenticity today. I made you to be such a son. As you walk in love and power and live your life in my presence, you will impact others for me. Abide in me son, and you will see fruit from your life. People want to know if you really care above all else.
For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you. John 13:15
